Shipping & Returns

Products

At Bleu Nomade, we manage two kind of inventories; stocked goods and features goods. Stocked goods are sitting on our shelves in our warehouse, ready to be shipped. Those products are usually delivered in couple of days. For few brands we work with, products are featured, which means that when you purchase one of those goods we order it to our partner and we deliver it to you as soon as they hit our shelves.


Products purchased on our website are all shipped from our warehouse in La Neuveville, in the canton of Bern, Switzerland. Products are shipped at your billing address, unless you specified a different delivery address. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, our partners will try to find the correct address and ensure the delivery, which is likely to generate additional cost to you. Take care to place the right one! Please note that our shipping partners do not offer delivery to PO Boxes.

If an item is not in stock, delivery can take up to 14 days (unless specified differently). These delivery times are indicative only and do not constitute a warranty. We do not send replacement items for unavailable items; items will be provided as soon as possible after they have been restocked. Products can also be taken directly in our warehouse. Deliveries in Switzerland are offered from CHF 200.- of purchase. We allow ourselves to make partial deliveries if the items are not in stock. In this case, no extra delivery cost will be charged.

Partners

For local and international shipments, we use the services of the Swiss Post and occasionally those of TNT. The choice is made depending on the size, package weight and nature of the items. Note that the spirits and perfume are considered dangerous goods, because of their alcohol content. Transport is thus subjected to certain rules, rejected by Swiss Post.


We constantly strive to improve delivery service to make you enjoy special rates and delivery times as short as possible. Customs fees vary depending on the country, it is possible that you receive an additional invoice including costs such as VAT and customs duties. These fees are your responsibility and may in no case be reimbursed.

Receiving an order

The package is delivered to the address you provided in the checkout process. The package will be delivered against signature with our partner TNT, or your mailbox with the Post. If your mailbox is too small, or if you gave specific indications to the Swiss Post, you will receive an invitation to go take your package in your post office counter.


If you are not at the address indicated during the passage of the TNT deliveryman, he will leave a message in your mailbox specifying the place where the package is located. If after a second attempt, delivery has been impossible, the package will be returned to us and the shipping fee will be charged, including a supplement if billed by our partner.

Claims and return

You should immediately inspect the products upon receipt. Defects or errors we must be reported within 5 business days via email to hello@bleunomade.ch. If no claims have been received within this period, the goods are considered as accepted.


Discounted products can not be exchanged or returned. If you can not find the return form, referral fees are your responsibility. Returned goods must be sent to the following address: Bleu Nomade Sàrl, Chemin de la Marnière 8, 2054 Chézard-Saint-Martin, Switzerland.

How to return merchandise in Switzerland?

The return of goods is at your expense. If the reason for return is a defect of a product, then the return will be refunded, shipping costs included. If you return a product because you have changed your mind, return costs will not be reimbursed. Products must be returned within 10 working days of receipt of the goods.


Returned goods may be reimbursed in two ways:

  • full refund in the form of a voucher to be used on bleunomade.ch
  • repayment of the amount deducted of the shipping costs via the payment method you selected.

Process:

  1. Prepare your package.
  2. Returned products must be new, unworn / unused and placed in their original packaging.
  3. Let us know if you would prefer to get you money back through a voucher or in cash, and let us know why you send us the products back (we love feedbacks!).
  4. Send us the package back at: Bleu Nomade Sàrl, Chemin de la Marnière 8, 2054 Chézard-Saint-Martin, Switzerland.
  5. After checking the conformity of the returned product (new, in the original packaging with labels), you will receive a confirmation email when the returned packae has been received together with your repayment option.
